1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Laserbook247 website and any betting ID issued to you. By requesting an ID, logging in, depositing or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform. The support team can clarify any clause before you register.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to hold a Laserbook247 ID. You must register in your own name, with a WhatsApp number you control, and hold no more than one account. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform is lawful in the place you access it from. Accounts found to breach eligibility rules may be closed, with balances handled per the clauses below.
3. Account Security and Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. All activity under your ID is treated as yours unless you have reported the account compromised before the activity occurred. Report suspected compromise to support immediately; we will lock the account while it is investigated. We will never ask for your password — any message doing so is an impersonation.
4. Betting Rules and Settlement
All markets settle according to the platform's published settlement rules, applied consistently to every player. Bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled by the player, except where a market is voided under the rules (for example, an abandoned match). Obvious pricing errors (palpable errors) may result in affected bets being voided and stakes returned. Match results are settled on the official result declared by the governing body of the competition.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits must originate from payment instruments in your own name. Withdrawals are processed to the same rails where possible, typically within 5–15 minutes, though larger amounts may require additional verification and take longer. We may request identity verification before releasing significant withdrawals; this protects account owners and is not discretionary withholding. There are no fees on standard deposits or withdrawals.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
Bonuses carry wagering requirements and validity periods that are stated when the bonus is offered. A bonus may be withdrawn or voided where its terms are breached, including bets structured solely to unlock bonus funds with minimal risk (bonus abuse). One welcome bonus applies per person. Promotional terms current at the time of opt-in are the ones that apply to that bonus.
7. Responsible Gambling
Betting must remain entertainment. On request, support will apply daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to your account, or enact temporary or permanent self-exclusion, confidentially and without charge. Limits can be tightened immediately; loosening a limit takes effect only after a cooling-off period. If gambling stops being fun, contact support or a professional resource — we would rather lose your stakes than your wellbeing.
8. Prohibited Activities
The following lead to account suspension or closure: holding multiple accounts; betting on behalf of third parties; use of automated betting tools or bots; exploiting technical faults or pricing errors knowingly; any form of match-fixing related activity or betting with inside information; money laundering or use of funds from unlawful sources; and abusive behaviour toward support staff. Balances associated with prohibited activity may be withheld pending investigation.
9. Service Availability
We aim for uninterrupted service, particularly during major tournaments, but do not guarantee the platform will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance is performed in low-traffic windows where possible. We are not liable for losses caused by internet outages, device failures or other circumstances outside our control.
10. Intellectual Property
The content, design and branding of this website belong to Laserbook247 and may not be copied, scraped or reused for commercial purposes without permission. Third-party trademarks referenced on the platform belong to their respective owners.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laserbook247's liability to you is limited to the balance held in your account. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits from bets you did not place. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may amend these terms as the service evolves. The current version is always published on this page, and material changes apply prospectively from publication. Continued use of your ID after a change constitutes acceptance.

Questions and disputes should first be raised with the 24/7 support team, who resolve the overwhelming majority of issues in the first conversation. Unresolved disputes are escalated to senior staff, who will review the full account and market history and respond with a reasoned decision.
